2015 proved to be a fruitful year for designer Rohit Bal who has a Bachelor’s degree in history from St. Stephens College. To explain his collections, he said, “It has been a great challenge for me to balance simplicity with attractiveness.“
2016 also promises to be a good year for him with the upcoming Lakme Fashion Week where his collection named ‘Illuminate’ will be showcased. He also revived the “Weaves of Benaras” along with other eminent designers like Sabyasachi Mukherjee and Anita Dongre at the Make in India this year.
